Hey there mappers-
I’m using this post to share the Technical Report, QAPP and StoryMap for the NOAA-funded eelgrass mapping method comparison study led by MassBays and MA CZM. The study compared edge-detection capabilities across satellite, airplane, drone and side scan sonar imagery, looking at the accuracies of each method as well as the effects of meadow percent cover, canopy height and patchiness. I presented this work at CERF last week and some interest in our documentation was expressed. Please see below.
